the lighning on three would be enough for me. i dont drink, smoke or drive, not into fancy food, dont want a ruddy big hd tv, i cant remember the last time i bought a dvd or music cd lol

it lecy,gas,water, food and cyber, with a takeaway now and then.

i,ll have to do a bit of hard cleaning, the stairs need a good washdown,along the sides, the hallway as track marks from rats bike boots, and the window frames need a good scrub,

they covered the stairs and hallway with sticky plastic sheeting. jim

they'll do that here, but I think that they'll need to take some of the carpeting up for the pipework

i went throught myself as you know, and still a few things need a tweak,

still having visits from the rat, he asnt taken everything, the loft needs a clearout.

ive just had a visitor, denise, tonys wife, (the one i thought was my son).

shw came to stay from last thursday to sunday, so i had to fill in the holes and paint the old room of rats. luckily i had the doublebed and drawers my neibour left with me for now.

tonys mom, shirley fell and broke her hip, and tony as work commitments so denise came for the few days.

i have a replacement k/board at last, helen my freind in buttershaw gave it to me, and im also getting a single pine bed, and the carpet tiles from the spare room, her hubby died last week, and hr youngest daughter, her boyfriend and kiddy are moving in with her, and have their own furniture,

same with me - one £61 winner out of last 7 week

need at least 4 numbers up and can pay a decorator and buy new carpets then

as you know they decorated mine, not to good at first.

but the ones that didnt get the house done, where given from £400 to £500 grants to do the houses up. and if any carpets where damaged or paint on them, or like mine turps spilt on the bedroom floor, they had to throught the housing liason officer to repair or replace.

mine was repaired.

if you have to do the work first, here the husing would give them a letter to show the amount they get in to lumps, so anyone that couldnt find the money upfront, could take the promisary letter to the back, and get the amount on a temp loan. jim

guess whatjust pull that bit of conduit out, even though it's the housing's job oops! all the wall's plaster is about to fall - it's in the hands of housing now -another wait

for some raason know only to them, they left the old wiring in the wals and in the loft, just cut them eah end, and buried them in the wall when plastering.

i lost half the side of the wall near my front door,it fell away when they tryed to put the new light socket in,

lotto in the morning, and might have an eachway be on the national. jim
