ive unsubbed, i know where i can find it on many there spaces to.

in about half hr ive about 50 screws to take out, then im ready to lift the temp floor on the left side of the landing, incase the man comes this afternoon.

the way i did it, the stickon tiles are on hardboard, and i just have to lift out and the boards are uncovered, jim

I'm still waiting to see/hear when washing repair man is coming, might phone him again later

im sort of dreading the extra rad, for some reason when they add to anything, they tend to mess up, i hope i dont get water coming down in the passage after lol jim

i only pay £15 a month now, im on a water meter, and when rats as gone, he wont use the shower, and zab when she is here, so could go down a few £ in the long run.

ive the plumber coming in the nexy half hr or so, he rang and i was still in bed, i told him i dont get up till 9am, he rang at 8-30.

washer, it's not the bushes, but motor itself, so he's going to try and get me a recon' motor as a new one is £90 plus

you shouldnt have a problem getting one, its the problem of how good, and if it will be ok for long.

ive the plumber here, he as managed to set the smoke alarm off,lol, not the main on the housing put in, but my battery one, all mine are very keen lol jim

I trust the guy, he repairs mine/mam's and a another close friends
