woke up to a nightmare at 8-30am,

the street i live on is being re tarmacked, but forgot the steam thing comes through first

rex went nuts i jumped out of bed lol

the noise was only part of it i opened door to see what was coming the pong was ready bad a warm stink lol

rex had to be taken back in he was going nuts barking lol

its till 5pm so im out of the way but they are back again on monday

there was one idiot that couldnt read,parked across the road the workman went nuts it was a lad staying overnight in a house over the road couldnt read or speak english what fun jimbob

Up't north, "we" made the most out of nothingand WE! still survived

it was worse than we thought they had decided to do all the side streets in one so thats why it was 4 stops down to gwet the bus down

the tarmac is on monday all serounding streets are on warning from 7-45 am t 5pm no parking allowed so it could a real fun day

im taking no chances on monday i,ll go down the side of the park then onto the left to the bus stop on gaythorne rd jimbob

ps lost my lib card in the fiasco got a new number got to see if i can remember it over time lol jimbob

"writing" on slate boards - even I can't remember that at school Jim

in the infants im my time we had slates to write on but then to put pen to paper so we didnt waste paper lol

I loved school! (as a building )

I only hated the bloody contents of it

i went to a normal church school from age of 7 when we came here

all saints not chaolic but we still 5 days a week had to be there for half hour of the relgious stuff

from there i when to usher street school it was really yuck didnt learn a real thing, every week releaf teachers, one good thing the french teacher was the one that told me the family was spelling my last name wrong no - or,, mother wouldn,t listen so i just started to make it all one

till one day i gave her my report, it was without she sent our joan to the headmaster who wrote her a letter its all one she had to acsept it then lol.

it means( of light ) also flore of light, weird.

the latterday saints are using a - but i have the plaque and scroll to prove it lol

hey there aint many left on my area now ive lost over 10 that have gone in hospitals homes or just died on me

i hope your towns doing better than mine half the ruddy shops are going to be pulled down arndale mall top market on john street to be used for more ruddy housing

the old gaumont cimema is to be a music venue its going to be chaos, like when i met the beatles briefly in 1964 lol, and a week or two early shirley bassey,my uncle jack was a bouncer it was short and sweet but great to remember lol

the shops still going have now left the top parts be made into flats

cost about £300-+ a week lol

we have so many on the streets its hard to tell who is homeless or not

hi ive none i can remeber left most have been local now passed away or moved away

here a lot are selling the houses for good prices the new owners put on dormers and the gardens parking spaces the prices are rocketing on my estate most buying are not english with families chipping in

my house is now about £100,000 plus its a three bedroom but no one gets it till i go in a place or not returning ever lol jimbob
