"You are proposing for Guru's to write a biweekly colom for < <./>ThePost</.> > ?

Actually not a bad idea have been thinking about it myself.

Problem is; where do we start and what level of explaination is usefull?

-- How to design a crown of butterflies on your Personal Space ?

-- What are all these numbers for ?

-- What is a message board ?

-- Why is my Personal Space different from an Entry ?

I could try and explain any or all, just where do we start ? "

Hi Traveler, Well we could assume that if folk have got as far as finding and reading that they are passed the "beginners" stage smiley - ok

I was thinking in the lines of, how to download and install upgrades to existing programs, or how to get hooked up to web cam. In fact any thing at all that the readers might write in and ask really, it will soon take off or die a death smiley - laugh

Wither way, we can always say we gave it a trysmiley - cool
smiley - cheersSmudger,

"On my Personal Space you will find a link to inform you of new conversations.
Under the post rolling off the press, this Forum does work already nearly a year to inform some of a new edition of the post rolling off the press.
I use it myself as a reference of the number of new threads created in the fortnight inbetween. I post a new thread at 12:00 brittish time, just after the post link has switched, and after I have seen it is a new edition and the links seem to work. I am last time a bit careless about the quality, just concidering 'Shazz' knows what she is doing and doing it good. "

However, I hardly ever read all the articles smiley - sadface If I skim all the pages searching for 'obvious bugs' it is already nearly hour work. In the mean time I have got some dozen postings in my backlog. "

The boss promised half a year ago I would get the job if I managed to create his new printer. Seems to me as just playing with a stepper motor and some electronic- /embedded computer- controllers. The boss is a car mechanic while I am more or less electronics engineer smiley - geek.

Current printers have inkjet, laser or thermal heads. Got a Facit 4512 with 120 columns right behind me (still in the basement). Come to think of it; where have the daisy wheels gone smiley - senior"

I was at my front door having a smoke yesterday morning, when I noticed that there was not one bird flying around , or even sitting in the trees, which was very unusual?

Then I looked up to the sky, where I saw Four Hawks, soaring above me, they were flying around in circles, it was amazing just watching them soar so effortlessly.

So, I could understand why all the smaller birds had gone, they were obviously hiding!

A few months ago while I was up in the back garden, I saw a Hawk swoop down on some starlings, that were inside a high hedge, and got one, it tried to get away but the Hawk caught it in mid flight!

It wasn't that nice to see, but I couldn't help but admire the agility of that Hawk, the rest of the starlings were making a helluva noise, it was probably a warning to all the other birds that could hear them?smiley - erm

smiley - cheersSmudger.
