WHO'S GOT EYES? (4)29th -30
ooh, you're back on. (a few minutes ago you had no eyes)
i'm ok (read bored and exhausted but improved on last week). its late afternoon here. sunny and hot. i'm off for a sleep soon.
i've been on my personal space unsubscribing to a few convos.
having a look at the ask h2g2 page. mucking around.
what have you been up to ? how's your page going ?

Ellen Posted Feb 3, 2003
Ooooh, a hot sunny afternoon sounds wonderful! It is cold and dark here.
I've finally got my page just how I want it. I added a paragraph about being bipolar, and illustrated it with a cute picture of some penguins. LOL And I got the links set up to my other page, the dreaming doppelganger. So I am pleased.
Yes, it seems that the eyes are not always accurate. Sometimes Karen is posting, and I don't see any eyes. Also, sometimes when you get off your eyes stay lit up for a while after you are off.

Abbi said that if you don't post for 15 mins your eyes disappear.
i'm off to have a look at your page, and then off line. bye for now

Hi Ellen, kea, group ! Dad's brunch & party went well, Ellen...did I say 83? I'm aging the poor man, this was only 80!
Must have a look at tose penguins...you know, Ellen, that brings to mind another movie I saw at The Princess - Antarctica, about the first Japanese mission to the South Pole, & how, due to the ice closing in, they were forced to leave the dogs behind...with some provisions, of course, & return for them in a couple months - some excellent scenic vistas.
Hi kea , how're you doing?

The Dragonlady~There are no ugly women in the world, only neglected ones! Posted Feb 3, 2003
Hi, Jazz!
You're the only one with eyes right now
I'm going to try to go to sleep. I hope it will be a successful venture
Neugen~ I like to cook elk by simmering it with garlic and soy sauce. Then Ijust add a bit of salt and pepper, and some onions. It isn't a really 'gamey' meat, like some wild venison can be. Sometimes cooking it with bacon helps to tenderize it a bit.
Oohh! I also like to put some mushrooms with it
Karen

Ellen Posted Feb 3, 2003
80 is a nice number.
Interesting that you should mention a movie about Antarctica Jazz. My brother is obsessed with the subject. He just loves reading books and seeing movies about trips to the Antarctic. I will have to see if Netflix carries the one you are talking about. I myself don't like to hear about people in the freezing cold, because I get cold very easily.
