PS re: the family tree bit, my grandma's sister married a Canadian named Hawkesworth, who was big in the insurance business, based in Vancouver. Would there be any shortcuts to finding out more from your end on this? (ie websites etc)

Oh,I was ranting about the thingie`s hiding under andy`s hedgerow of helpfull threads to check out( that would be his 2nd thread offered in his welcome message)

What exactly would you like me to find out about your insurance selling relative? Bearing in mind that this is a city of 2 million and I don't know the name of the firm

First step- there are only two Hawkesworths listed in the phone book, one in Kitsilano and one in Tsawassen (odd coincidence they should be the only two suburbs originally named by natives!) Would you like me to phone them? (R.B. amd R.J. respectively)
