I'm not sure. My head still feels quite strange in a way I I don't know how to describe. However my body no-longer feels like it's been poisoned before doing a half marathon and then going a f rounds with Clasius Clay.

I guess concussion is closest experience to what I feel like with my head.

I said it felt like an overdose before, I've some slight problems with my heart caused by overdoses, I wonder if I've had a mini heart attack or there's problem with the drugs I take to deal with the damage done to my heart by my weight and overdoses.

Have you seen a doctor? Your blood can be tested to see if you've had a cardiac event.

No I haven't. Do you think I should?

If you think it might have been a mini heart attack, yes! It's better to be sure than to worry and not know. Otherwise, see how you are in a couple of days, and if you're still feeling weird, get checked out. You're not a hypochondriac: these sensations are really there.

I suppose you've ruled out things like hyperventilation, low blood sugar, hangover, blood loss, running headlong into the wall, etc? smiley - winkeye

smiley - cheerup

I had the concussion-like sensation and everything else before I headed the door and lost blood.
IF it's low blood sugar I've never felt anything like this before with it, low blood sugar for me tends result in carbohydrate cravings more than anything else, whereas I felt too ill to each much (by my standards).
I don't think hyperventilation is on the cards but some kind hypoxia may have happened. Part of why I further think mini heart attack is a possibility. Although what I was bleeding last night had the colour of well oxygenated blood.
I have to go to Horsham Hospital tomorrow as it anyway for the "Horsham Thing" perhaps I could see someone there after that. Or maybe I'm procrastinating and should take a gentle stroll upto the A&E here.
