I wrote a really long free verse journal and then closed the wrong tab and lost the entry. Given I was motivated to write the free verse journal because I had done something unwise that in the past was always enough to get me crying and selfharming I did react well to that and atop it all I had forgotten my meds yesterday. I said some indiscrete thing in post 4 and I thank Terri for getting 'em removed.
