My first edited entry!

smiley - boing
My first article to make the edited guide today!!!!smiley - boing

It's the second half of my Legionnaires' Disease article (which was split into two during eiditing): A898473. Frankly speaking, I was rather surprised that it was the first to make it, seeing as I had four articles pending, but I don't really care!

Thanks to Archangel Dr. Justin for editing it, Sir Bossel for helping to make sure it got picked, and all you other scouts who came by!

Those of you who've just come in, have a drink on me smiley - biggrin

Binary Fission

This is getting really, really weird... my articles are undergoing binary fission... just like bacteria... Of course I have no objections, since it means I have twice as many articles, it's just that... my articles are beginning to resemble the bugs I'm working on in the lab. Spooooky....... smiley - yikes

Merry Xmas!

Merry Christmas to all you researchers! smiley - alesmiley - bubblysmiley - teasmiley - cakesmiley - choc

I just got back from a 5-day vacation somewhere in the tropics smiley - cool. i'd like to say touristy things and say that the weather was glorious, that the vacation was enjoyable and restful etc etc. However, the fact is that in those five days, more rain poured down than there is water in the whole damned Atlantic... we were waterlogged, and I pretty much got dragged into every shopping mall around - and mind you, there were plenty smiley - yikes. On the bright side, I almost broke the bank and my back buying a pile of books and classical cds, so I guess the trip wasn't entirely wasted smiley - biggrin.

nuthin 2 do

Despite the fact that I have spent the past week entertaining a friend from out of town, and have been returning home in the middle of the night every day, I have still managed to get one article written - A904006. I don't know if this is called 'productivity' or 'having nothing better to do with my time'.
