Anthea is home now, I got her to the train which came early

I had a sandwage and cola and juice and a pastry and crisps and chocolate and.... er.... um.... got on three trains
well i ate on the train... which i dont normaly do but i was hungry...

hungry.... dont talk of food....
ugh dinner was pasta with cheese sauce (the instant stuff)
and sausages
regretnig it now...
lots of water on hand,
feel tierd but will sleep later
going out to meet friend tomorrow and talk to the post office...
