It's been reasonably warm here for Dec, more like March/spring when it's starting to warm up.

It is 42F, here at the moment.

Well actually a bit more like Dec, -6 C right now or 21 F.

Usually, January is our coldest month.

Jan. can be quite cold here too, but with Global Warming there's no guarantee anymore...we just have to take whatever comes.

How are you today? Good I hope. I just came downstairs to get boxes for x-mas decorations, outside ones & thought I'd see if you were on yet. Guess I'll have to try you another time. Sorry I missed you again. We're gonna have to arrange something or you get an e-mail address so we can communicate better. hahaha Gotta catch up on alberta living, been a long time since I was there. I imagine a lot has change since I've been there. I know the southside by 23 ave has changed, Calgary trail (north or south can't remember) road has changed it's name too eh?

Actually I was most recently eating a reheated veg & rice curry(garnished with sunflower seeds). The reason I mentioned reading is that I had also been reading a Neil Young biography. Neil started in music while living in Winnipeg...which is where Dakota lives.

The holidays were a bit hectic, followed by some quiet, which was nice.

Is the biography interesting?

It is...covers familiar territory so far, as I only started Wed. Also I had read his father(Canadian sports writer)'s Neil & Me years ago. Chronologically, it's still in the sixties...but they had vacationed in Fla.-whike he recovered from Polio-so he'd had a taste of the U.S. & decided that's where he wanted to be someday. As we know, mission accomplished!

But the biographer did exhaustive interviews with pretty much anyone Neil has spent time with. Right from(both parents) class & early bandmates to musicians, etc that he's worked with more recently.

How are you two? Good I hope. Glad you both had a good x-mas holiday. I don't know about you two but I find it's always a relief when it's finally over. X-mas can get so hectic & hurried that there isn't any time to enjoy it until the rush is over.

I agree about the holidays, between the year end stuff at work and the big family gathering on Christmas Eve, I was pretty relieved to see the 26th, myself.

Jaz'd the new version of yahoo messenger will let you add msn I.D.s to your contacts.

It's supposed to be really cold tonight, which doesn't happen often here.
