Oh ok, I was just making another posting. I need to either do some serious grocery shopping or be fairly improvisational(& in either case get something, probably chorizo out to thaw).

If they will take too long to thaw, you can bake sausage, instead of frying.
Serving suggestions: Chorizo as a sandwich, with stir fried vegs, with polenta, with potatos or on the side of a salad and fruit.

A Lengthly posting this time! I'll be having them with rice, onions, garlic & kidney beans...but thanks for the suggestions! The sandwich sounds great! And yes, baking is an option I'll have to try.

I was whisked off to a turkey dinner(which was quite nice - white wine,
, etc). Yes it's been good - for awhile there I wasn't 100% sure I'd be ready in time. But things seem to have fallen into place!

Yes. I've been off from work since Saturday. Didn't have much time to enjoy it until late yesterday, with all the running around and visiting.
It was rainy and icky Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It started to get colder, last night. Today was sunny, clear and cold.
