I thin I may have a bit of vitamin E cream, but weill certainly need a new jar. Was unaware vitamin C was useful in that area...good to know!

Consuming essential fatty acids (Omega 3, Omega 6, Omega 9) helps skin heal as well.
Skin replaces from the bottom upwards. Which means an open wound should heal from the bottom up. Sometimes a scab will form and the wound will close from the top down. This can lead to infection.
