Auntie Rose
Posted Feb 11, 2003
My Auntie Rose died this morning.
She prayed for a week to let it happen.
Rarely have I seen it work so smoothly.
She must have been happy with the arrangements for her 58 yr old daughter that remained about 6 emotionally and mentally. K had measels with a fever so high it fried her brain. I feel so bad for K. I hope she will be safe.
She was in several group homes, briefly, where terrible things happened to her Auntie has wanted to die for a year, but was wanting to be confident that K would be OK.
I hope and pray for her.
K has had a heart attack.I think if she is not happy she may follow her soon.

Cheney Energy Probe
Posted Feb 9, 2003
Excerpts from the news.
Congress is giving up its battle against V.P. Cheney, who has refused to disclose contacts. Aside from a few details that the administration revealed amid the collapse of Enron Corp., the White House has refused to identify the people the Cheney task force met with. Enron representatives - among President Bush's most generous financial donors in his years as governor and presidential candidate - met six times with the vice president or his aides.
Comments:
Rep. Henry Waxman: ``a tremendous setback for open government.''
Walker said:``In the world's greatest democracy, we should lead by example and base public disclosure on what is the right thing to do rather than on what one believes one is compelled to do.''
U.S. District Judge John Bates: "an unprecedented act that raised serious separation-of-powers issues"
Rep. John Dingell: ``reasonable people cannot differ on the need for more sunshine on this administration's actions.''
The General Accounting Office declined to appeal a recent court ruling in favor of Cheney, leaving the fight to private groups that say the Bush White House must reveal which business executives and lobbyists had a role in influencing the plan.
The Sierra Club & Judicial Watch (conservative group) are pursuing cases against the Cheney task force. Democrats who have been pressing for information about administration-industry links in the energy field said the issue is accountability.

Second Chances
Posted Feb 9, 2003
Maybe the only second chances in life that are given,
are the opportunities to not repeat the SAME mistakes?
*fair enough*
There are frequent opportunities
for new failures, second chances
and success
I count on it, or at least hope for it.
I have little patience for making the same mistakes.
New adventures at least bring new mistakes.
If there is no one and nothing in your way,
it means you are not going any where!
In the fair world:
LOVE is forgiving,
where appropriate whether for yourself or anothers growth.
Do not repeat the same mistakes and
you will hopedfully not get the same results.
You will get a second chances!
You will be tested!
Testing...Testing...Testing
In the fair world:
People who give second chances,
get second chances
Stick with those who treat you fairly,
give them second chances.
Fair world or not
For those whom prove repeatedly,
they do not treat you fairly:
Giving them a second chance is taking poison.
If they have repeatedly made the same mistake
and you are continually forgiving them
You have freely begun to take their poison.
It will steal your trust and dignity
You will risk giving away your power to love,
and be loved, in the present and the future.
