i am hoping i am becoming<drunk< enough to sleep & awake to find tnat the shops are open so i can buy some more cigarettes. this is not a long term recipe for good health, but it will have to do for now.

Aww Terri...although there aren't any ciggies involved, my somewhat extended nightcap last night consisted of; a bottle of Kokanee (a local
), a couple Guinness, a rather generous shot of straight Rye whisky, & the icing on the inebriatory cake, a bottle of Corona (a Mexican pale
which I'm sure is brewed here, under contract).

Hi abbi, bit worried by Morts latest reply, she has always ignored my postings to her, but I am still concerned.
Terri talk to us, we'll listen and try to give advice if we can.

Terri, what's up? Sorry I wasn't on MSN tonight, I was doing coursework, but I'll be on tomorrow for sure.

I don't really know her, except what I read o yours and Terri journals etc. Is this something she does, or does she need attention?

I have noticed some slight help and it can be slowly increased if all goes well after a month.
No bad side effects
One step at a time, so far all is OK!

abbi, that's good to hear!
Let's hope the improvement comes fairly steadily, with very minimal (& reasonable/tolerable) side effects.

Helo everyone....I havent had much chance to take a good look round the site this weekend.Kaz,it is nice to see you around a little more,i hope you're well.
Terri,it might not be a good recipe for health, but bed would be the best place for the best place for me if i had no ciggys!!!,i arent allowed to drink!!!!
I am concerned about mort too, although i don't know her well, but we all need support at times,or just a friendly ear.
The medication sounds so far so good abbi,i have my fingers crossed for you.s for all...

Hi abbi, that sounds good so far
Hi smurfles, yes things are going well for me right now. I am able most days even when the agorophobia is bad, to go out anyway. My new mantra is 'keep walking slowly, just one step is all you have to do', it gets me there eventually!

smurfles Posted Mar 15, 2004
hi kaz, ihave adoopted a different attitude over the past few years to the agrophobia.I had a surprise holiday booked for me,and said"ooohhhh nnooo"",there was no way i could do it.
It was in america too,and i had never flown in my life before.that was in 1999,and i got to thinking, well,i'm scared when i'm at home, and panic, even in the house.so i might as well be doing it and trying to enjoy myself elsewhere! That is pretty much the view i still have, and i get by with it,Some days are harder than others, but i think you are really doing well ,good on ya!!Lovely to to see you around a bit more.xxxx

Kaz Posted Mar 15, 2004
Good attitude, if you are going to panic anyway, you may as well do it somewhere nice!! I am lucky, I do not panic when at home, it is my one safe place.

As a member of the *worry warts* I am worried about AR1 getting the care she and her son need.
I think Mort will be OK, it's hard but she will get through it
