Well, we value it. Read and be comforted.
That is a rather fantastic idea though. Having an airgun in public is less cool, maybe a BB with metal bullets though. I'll bear it in mind when i'm next off my face. If I can bear it in mind, that is.

Okay, then, hows about a Robin Hood reenactor? I was thinking the airgun would be less hazardous than an arrow but if there's some sort of cultural revulsion to guns of any ilk, then do it with a character and method that garners public support for what I take to be something of an outlaw enterprise anyways.
You could even envision it as a sort of reenactment of shooting the apple off the head thing. I know that's Bill Tell who was Swiss but heck who would necessarily notice amid the general mayhem.
Like you could draw a happy face on the cone and transform it into a conehead from which you shoot the apple colored balloon off. Then the crowd breaks into cheers even if, due to some unforeseen gust, the thing immediately topples from the targeted monument. That would transform what was initially a crass sort of attempt at drunken vandalism into a true community theater experience.
Might even get you on the Beeb maybe.

Maybe some others would kill too, although I think I know who they might kill.
Like some of us like to dump red paint on Columbus then get arrested for it. And it's not the result of drunken folly or attempted surrepticiously, all out in the open in broad daylight during the Columbus Day parade.
Believe it, the paint looks a lot better than the pigeon manure anyways, plus I think it makes the likeness more lifelike in a metaphorical sort of way maybe.

Nah, just a more acute historical perspective maybe. I know Italian-Americans need heroes just like everybody else but I also think they could have done better if they've selected one who wasn't so offensive to the native people. Like Leonardo DiVinci maybe?

That too. Irritating that cynicism is increasingly just telling the truth.
He was a great bloke. If you are interested I can tell you a link to look through one of his notebooks online.

Great bloke alright. Made his living designing fortifications mostly. Did a few lousy paintings too and a bunch of drawings. Used to write backwards because he was a southpaw. You could read it in a mirror. Kind of cool I think. Hung out with the French pope too for some reason. I'm not sure of all the details on that.

Danke fuer Ihre Antwort
The fact is that I am now running both 548 and 254 on the 246s
Thanks for the reply. Good site this but as you can see I'm slightly out of depth here. See one of you is an ace. Does that include woodwork by any chance?
The reality is the BBC have a DIY site with 68 regular members on it.
Where the hell that is....

Oetz

Nope, not a clue. PA might as well be in Germany or Yorkshire as far as I'm concerned. One thing's probably for sure. You ain't Amish, but that's about the best I can guess.
Never been any place much east of the Mississippi really so don't know about those places much.

So are you looking for a cyberdate or what?

Further....
The numbers refer to the two identities created to access the site.
This corp has 22k people full time and the logistics still fail.
Oh yes, don't forget the 10k contractors necessary to oil the rest.
Hence the caplock. Generally called impatience.

Well that's sort of intriguing. Probably explains all the insider code. I suppose whoever you're looking for would probaby understand it right off, right?
So who's lost in Bohemia this time?
