Oh sod!
Is there anyone out there who knows how to round up errant guide entries, cut them, paste them and generally link them all up to your personal space?
And is said individual able to pass on the details in a plain English sort of fashion that even a computerphobe such as myself will understand?

Morning,
I see you've caught the bug too lol,
It took me ages to figure out guide ml.I've only just figured out how to do it.
You might be better off asking loup, kow or one of the aces.
Anyway Have Fun

i think THAT's a job 4 the ACES... plus it might involve using a PC [or a MAC...] which of course, finding myself between PCs, is definitely out of my domain....

Much obliged to you both.
I have just been dabbling with some of the buttons on my space and have managed to make absolutely no progress whatsoever.
Twenty four hours to create the necessary links and no idea what I am doing.
What would Bruce Willis have done?
Probably run around without his shoes on and throw Germans from the top of tall buildings.
Something tells me that this is not the way to proceed.
Right then.... time to go in search of an ACE.

This would be so much easier with a quill and parchment.
As far as I can see it, the world of internet mailing has done nothing for the world apart from identify the truly ignorant and slightly assist the expansion of certain goose and tree species.
Is Paladin's Fifth Elephant the very same probiscidean mammal that makes fat mining in Uberwald so profitable?
And where is kow when you really need him?
Superkow To the Rescue.... Possibly.

Good afternoon my sturdy bovine compatriot.
My problem is as follows.
Having been a little overzealous in the posting department, the Aggists have requested that I create threads to link my entries together so that they appear on my personal space.
I have two tales on my conversation list that need to be configured in this manner, but speaking as a man who's experience of computers is limited to inserting ten pence in the Space Invaders machine at the Barmouth amusement arcade I have not the foggiest how to cut and paste a page without incurring serious damage.
Do any ideas to mind?

Somebody else likes Terry Pratcett
My favorite character has to be Nanny Ogg,I get more like her every year it seems.

I see myself as more of a Samuel Vimes man myself.
Tired, craggy and of the opinion that the world is out to get him.
Would there be any chance of a quick rendition of the 'Hedgehog Song' Nanny?

I like Pratchett too Paladin, I'm re-reading The Colour Of Magic at the mo, (well not at this very minute)

If I got the right end of the brolly here, then you just have to type the page #'s into your space(no need for GuideML)
e.g A811117 , A807987
Don't know if that's what you mean
The good news is that you won't have to cut and paste(cos you can't with the TW keyboard), so it's quill & notepad time, I'm afraid

Ah.
The page in question does not appear to have a reference number, being part of a conversation forum and not a recognised guide entry.
It seems that quill and parchment are the order of the day after all.
Oh dear.
This may take some time....

It will have a thread # then, unfortunately as I'm on the set-top box at the mo, thread #'s are beyond my reach
What is the name of these masterpieces?

Never mind,
If I give a rendition of The hedgehog Song I'll get into trouble on here so I will save it for the next get together after I've had a few lol
It always gives the nice policemen a giggle
