No not a knife, the bosses in their infinate wisdom have decided to give a chef, who had a mental breakdown and suffered violent outbusts when he was certified, his job back it the kitchen and he's going to be allowed to use knives Thank Bob he's on days now not nights

mental breakdown, violent outbursts.. so a genuine berserker? Do I understand correctly that someone actually instable enough to do silly and nasty things with knives is allowed to w*rk in a kitchen! cutting up steaks or colleagues?

Well if the doctors say he's fit enough to come back to work they have to give him his job back but I know everyone is not have to have him back, I think it's the 'Look' in his eyes that's worrying a lot of them

and... there has been no camera team around? you're not rounded up for a cheap remake of a horror type movie? (I know what you cooked last summer)??
there's been a lot of confusion on similar issues lately in NL.. people that were diagnosed as "fit enough" or "cured" .. arrested with smoking guns still on them ..

There's been a lot of that kind of thing here too, people sent 'Back into the Community' and then ended up killing some poor innocent

well.. let's not immediately jump to conclusions.. and .. these are just a minority .. I hope ..
and if he's w*rking day shifts, you're w*rking night shifts.. worst that may happen is you'd have to clean up the mess?

.. well.. the local bookkeeper confessed that she prefers bloody horror movies .. the bloodier the better
should I send her over to help cleaning?

We have our own cleaners, the ones that do the operating theaters should be used to it

* actually true: I have serious problems seeing blood, even the "rougher" movies can make me ... *
* and I don't even consider thinking of watching medical programs *

I once patched up a junior chef who cut his finger, he was looking at his finger and his knees buckled "I can't stand the sight of blood" he said "Don't look at your finger then you idiot" I replied

.. no .. I'm fine until the patching is done and all is covered.. then I have a problem

(* I bought 21 a swiss knife some .. 13 years ago I think (so he was 8, not 21) and after some 30 minutes he came back excited, very excited.. "Dad, dad! you know what I found out?.. there's a saw blade in it!! Look!!".. and I only got after I patched up his thumb.. I feel uneasy as I type this it was a rather bloody affair *)
