I had German beer a couple of years back while on holiday, got very very quickly

German beer has that effect .. English is considered rather ..

well, let's say I personally prefer the taste, but it is very .. weak

You've obviously never tried American Beer it's Gnat's P*ss, I can't drink beer, 1 pint and I'm under the table but I could drink gallons of proper American Budweiser without a problem

the American buwdweiser is .. well, let's say the Gnat feels insulted ..

there is no such thing as American beer.

I apologise to the Gnat the funniest thing is to challenge Americans to a drinking contest and watch them pass out after a pint

they're not used to pints, not used to beer temperatures higher than zero, not used to beer with alcohol in it.

Some Dutch and Belgian beers have ten to twelve percent alcohol One of the Dutch beers is called "Canon" and for a short while it was sold in half litre bottles (nearly a pint)

There's a beer called Rodger and Out we had a barrel of in in a bar I used to work in we were only allowed to sell it by the half pint it was so strong

ah! strong by the half .

a cousin of mine and me are still planning to start a bar in a few years time (when we both stop w*rking). That would have to be a bar in the centre of a medium size province town, opened between noon and ..say.. 5pm. And we'd not sell pints at all because these would be too heavy to carry

And they have the nerve to sell Bud Light that must be neat P*ss water

.. Heineken tried to sell low alcohol beer.. until a comedian spent two minutes discussing it and the people drinking it. Sales dropped in two weeks to almost zero, since then it's only sold in .. I think .. Sweden or so..

Kalibar is the most widley sold non alcoholic beer here, I did drink it when I was pregnant

non-alcoholic beer... low-fat pork, chocolate-light (no fat),
I never could get used to that.. when I cannot drink alcohol I have .. what .. fruit juice, something else.. but then I don't like the taste of non-alc beer.. (and I was never pregnant )

I used to drink juice and soda but sometimes I'd faancy a beer

.. I hardly ever drank until .. 5 years ago .. then I started to w*rk abroad .. with in the local beerhouse, now I have -average- a litre beer in three days

(* the carefully built and protected image in hootoo suggests that I drink all day .. starting several hours before logging in on hootoo, ending after log off *)
