I can take it in limited doses, though my tolerance is fairly low. I'd probably like it more if the individual songs were shorter than 20 mins each.

I think I'll wait for Mensa. I'm more worried about my stinkin' SAT scores at the moment. Forty points, forty points...

Ah yes I remember those sorts of things ours is called a UAI and I got a 75.9, however that is out of a possible 100 (mediated so that you can get say 109 occasionally and 0.2 as well). My years lowest score was 16 and highest was 108.2 the average was 67.8 so I did pretty well.

How can you not love standardized tests? SAT-wise, I've done marvelously averagely. When I was...thirteen I made a 1000 and haven't done much improving. I made a 1260 last time I took it and want at least a 1300. Sure a perfect score of 1600 would be nice, but I highly doubt I made close. How in the world did you manage to make a 16 out of 109?

Fail most of your courses and not turn up for the UAI exam.

Ah, that could do it. Our SAT/ACT scores aren't, however, affected by our course work...thank goodness. I must admit that my GPA sucks (3.50/4.00) compared to most of my friends, but I can't justify doing nothing but studying. What posessed you not to show up for the exam? We wouldn't get any points...they'd just take our money and laugh at us.

I did show up to the exam, I was saying someone else didn't. I showed up, did the 100 muti choice questions then the next day showed up and did the essay. Whallah I got a 79.5, .5 less than the predicted maximum.

by predicted maximum I mean that my score was said to fall around 70-80. I spend quite a lot of the time when I have time to study, studying, but thats mostly because I tend to forget to do the majority of the coursework.

Yes, that or lack thereof.
Showing up to class occasionally helps too. Especially not drunk/high/hungover, but that's optional.
The great thing about the SATs is that if you want, you can fork over another however many bucks it costs to take the silly thing, and start completely over again. No averaging of scores for them!

We have to show up for class. If we miss more than ten days a semester, we have to retake classes.
Even better, you can pick and choose if you want to use the verbal from this test and the math from another.

Oh, I hadn't heard from that one. Of course, that wouldn't really have made a difference with my SAT scores.
Once you get to college attendance policies are both more and less strict than that; it all depends on the teacher. Some lower your grade once you miss more than 2 or 3 classes, others could care less if you dragged your carcass out of bed as long as you do the work.
