I will not be able to subscribe to the h2g2 forums as much as I do now as I will be living away from home. I will be able to use the library as I have an account there. It may be a permanent move and I then will then only be able to use the library one.

A hostel nearby in Grays no more than a 10 minute walk away. I have really feeling depressed for the past few months and my mental and physical health has reallly detiorated to the point of no return. I spent most of my days sleeping, not out of laziness but extreme depression. Since November 2000 my health has really gone down. I do not want to go in too many details but to say if you go into my personal page you will find out why. I need space on my own for a while and being at home I feel like a prisoner. I also need to learn to be independent again.

I've actually just been reading through your personal page. 
I'm glad you are taking some positive action to get your independence back, you really deserve a break!
We will all miss you here though, so don't forget to drop by that library from time to time.

hi ja 
i hav suffered with depression most of my life and if u want sumone to talk to who will be there for u i can do that. im always in LD priv messaging at nite time after 11pm. all u hav to do is leave me a message if u cant make it and ill help u thru it. i know wot its like. alot of ppl think its not a real illness and just tell ppl to pull there socks up but me n u know beta than that. like i say if u need support or just sumone to talk to im here for u

I too have been thro depression & ive even had a complete nervous breakdown thro depression so I can understand how you feel & I dont even have to tell you that you can talk to me anytime cos of course you already know that

it seems u only hav to put the number in and it lets u click on it LOL how silly of me! well ppl can get sum use outof it if it helps. i know wen ur depressed that company is usually the last thing u want. i know iv been like that. u just want to sleep all the time. i think i was more happier having nitemares than been awake in fact my daily life was a nitemare LOL luckily im over that for the time being. but it has a tendancy to creep back wen u least expect it.

I'm glad you're doing something to help. It says quite a bit about you wanting to get better (hence it is manic depression, is it?)
I hope that your situation vastly improves....and don't forget that we're always here for you. (we being everyone who said they were).

very much, I do not know what type of depression it is as there are I think there are 3 types, Chronic, Clinical and maniac.
