Well he's probably been middle management, with an office of his own that he didn't let the minions invade (somewhere with a rigid structure like the civil service and probably low pay since he naturally assumes we're all women, even when repeatedly told otherwise. Homophobic too - did you see the nasty crack he made to Ross when he reiterated for the umpteenth time that Xanatic was male?) and now his wife won't let him have a potting shed so he's trying to organise a virtual sulking-space.
