"Smash It Up" is a good one. I hope you enjoy it!
Sorry it took me SO long to respond to you. I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off, moving stuff over here from my boyf's old place. Should be done this weekend, maybe some odd bits to run back for next week or next weekend? Argh!
I do like Motorhead. I hope you have a great time at the show: be sure to tell me all about it afterward!
I'd better bounce and catch my bus to work. Talk to you again real soon. Do keep in touch, even if it takes me a while to reply. This insanity won't keep up too much longer.

I listened to some of it last night, it's great.
Ha, I hate packing and unpacking things. It just takes so long, and I'm impatient. Have fun..............
Yeah, I'll let you know how it goes Im glad Im going with a whole group of my mates now, because I was going to go with my boyfriend but we broke up, so it would be weird if it was just the two of us. But it's ok cos about 10 of us are going.
I'll probably take a while to reply too because I keep getting loads of coursework and homework, so i spend less time online. (but only a bit less!)

Hey there! How's things?
Sorry to hear that you and your boyfriend split up. That sucks. Even when it's for the better to break up, the actual breaking up and adjusting to not having someone around really sucks.
But I'm glad you're going to the concert with a bunch of people, so it won't be so awkward for you. I do hope you have an awesome time! I saw Motorhead when I was around 13 or 14, if I remember the year correctly. Sheesh, that was a LONG time ago!!
So tomorrow (Saturday 21st) we move in the furniture and the cat. After that, it's just some straggly stuff and some things he has in storage (mostly band paraphenalia that will be stashed at the lead guitarist's house once it's done being rehabbed). It's been really nice this week, coming home from work, having dinner, watching DVDs, and then crashing together... like before, only different. Funny how the nicest things are even nicer when someone you love is there to share them with you.
So, drop me a message and let me know how the schoolwork and stuff is going. Hope you have a fantastic weekend!

But yeah, Motorhead is gonna kick ass, altho I know a lot of people are just going to see In Flames who are supporting. But im actually going to se Motorhead cos i listened to half of an In Flames song and got bored. Maybe not a good idea to judge them on that but I did....Ah well

Hey there!
(By the way, not to sound all mother hen-like, but I don't like the idea of people possibly seeing your real name out in public like this, you being a minor and all. I almost yikesed your posting and asked the mods to remove your real name, but I restrained myself. h2g2 is an okay place, but you never can *really* know. I have met at least one person from here in person who was a bona fide sociopathic creep.)
I don't know if I should congratulate you or admonish you for winning that fight and beating up your former mate. Sorry you had such a cr*p week, though. Hope things are better so far this week. Work's been cr*p for me this week, but I did hear back about the position I interviewed for (they need to hire someone to fill another position first, but hope to offer me the position after that), so there's hope. And my boyf, the cat, and I have gotten all his stuff moved in and situated, so things are back to pretty much normal on the home front.
So this weekend, all we really did was move furniture from my boyf's old place to mine, and Sunday we went to visit his parents, as his mom had a brain tumor removed last Thursday. (She's doing well, though!)
I'm not real comfy posting my real name here, but I'll think about it. I don't mind you knowing.

Anti-everything Posted May 25, 2005
Ah, sorry. I didnt think putting just my first name would hurt, but , wont do it again.
And that fight wasnt my fault, (ok, now im gonna sound like a whiney 3 year old but....) she started it. But neither of us exactly got hurt so it didnt really matter.
Congrats on your job offer , glad your b.f's mum's doing well (brain surgery? wow, seroiuos).
Had an English exam today, didnt go too badly. English Lit GCSE, on the most boring play ever, Journeys End. Nothing actually happens in it, just a bunch of random dudes talking about socks and worms. Then dying. Possibly...

No worries about posting your name. I'm just inherently paranoid, especially about the internet. I wouldn't want some pervert to start hassling you. It's just because I dealt with harassment for a while from someone I met here who I thought was a friend but turned out to be a narcissistic, sociopathic creep (and a pathological liar to boot). This person harassed me via telepone, email, and through mutual acquaintances for months before he finally f***ed off!
I'm not familiar with "Journey's End", but you don't paint a pretty picture!
Any big plans for the weekend? Monday's a federal holiday here, so I've got a three day weekend myself.

Ah right. Im pretty paranoid for myself when it comes to putting my e-mail adress anywhere and stuff like that. I wont do it if i dont know why the site or whatever needs it. But thanks for the concern, lol and sorry to hear you got hassled by a weirdo...
Yeah, Journeys End sucks. I wish I WASNT farmilliar with it, but its ok now because we've finished that schem of work now. Im sure we'll be doing something equally boring though... But we spent all lesson today watchin Shrek 2. It was better than the 1st 1 I admit, but still rubbish, despite being midly amusing in places. Had fun watching my mate wind up another girl in our class by making the 'pop' noise with his mouth. She hates it, it was really funny.
Have fun with your extra day off! Im off school for the week now, its half term so Im happy . Gonna be very lazy and not get up till late afternoon, and go out with my mates as much as possible. And avoid anyone we see from our school, becuase its full of criminally insane retards who hate us, and no matter what you say to them, even if its a polite reply to their question, then you are "getting gobby" and deserve a punch. I wasnt with my friend in the park yesterday when they beat her up, if I had've been, it would have been fairer. She's only little and didnt fight back. There were 4 of them and 1 of her because all her 'mates' ran off and left her.
Woo, I wrote lots today....

Hey kiddo!
Sorry to hear that you go to school with such jerks. This is going to sound asinine, but I got picked on ALL the time in school, all the way through high school. And would you believe that most of the kids from my high school, who still live in my old home town, ask my uncle and Grandma about me all the time, and ask them to say "hi"? I haven't got the time for them now, but I find it amusing how much crap goes to the wayside when you get a bit older. Not sure what I hoped to accomplish by telling you that, except maybe that things will get better, in a way, when you're older. At least then when people are jerks to you, you'll be getting paid a pithy wage for it!
I didn't see "Shrek 2". The first was bad enough!
What kind of movies do you like? I can recommend some. I would recommend you see "The Harder They come", one of my favorites. Do you like anything even remotely arty-farty? Foreign? Weird? Surreal? Etc.?
Well, I'm off for now... looking forward to hearing from you again soon. Hope you're enjoying your weekend and being as lazy as possible without slipping into a coma.

Heya again.
Everyone gets cr@p at some point, it doesnt really bother me. They can say what they want, I dont like them so it wont make a tiny bit of difference to what I do or what I dress like. But they have no right to beat people up just cos they dont like them. If i did that, no-one would be safe, lol. But I was doubly annoyed cos not 1 of the people she was with decided to stick up for my mate. They ran off and left her on her own with the other kids. This is her boyfriend, some other huge guy who's on the school rugby team and couldda stopped the girl with 1 hand, another massive sports freak, and some other boy who isnt exactly big but he could have helped if he wanted. Oh, and another girl who is kinda pathetic but is actually friends with the girls doin the beating up, so she couldda told them to leave my mate alone. But they all ran off instead. I dont see how they could do that!
Lol, I can handle it if they pay enough! But knowing my luck i'll have the job with the worst people and rubbish pay! (I wanna be a rock journalist, much to my parents disgust.....)
I dont know about 'arty' films, I havent really seen any. Are there any slightly famous ones? 'The Harder They Come'? I'll have a look for it...whats it about?
I wasnt lazy today, I got up and went in to town. I got really sunburned again which really sucks. I can see where I had my necklace on, and where my hair was on my back. But at least it wasnt raining so I didnt get wet this time. Not that it wouldda stopped me lol
Mmmm, that coma sounds tempting now, and i think i deserve it after getting up at the crack of dawn (or actually 10:00am) this morning. Im going to listen to the new Alkaline trio album (its good, i love the song Sadie already).
C ya....

Hey there, hope you're still enjoying yourself over there!
I've been having kind of a crap week, sorry that as a result, I've neglected you. I've neglected a few people this week. Hopefully this weekend will be nice and relaxing, and next week things will look better.

Aww, hope you have a better week next week . I had an ok week filled with lotsa good music (but my parents still wont let me go see live ones in a 14+ club i wanna go to) and a lot of sun (and i managed not to get burned or even tanned, yay me!). I got given some old records so im going over my mates to play them tomorrow. Erg, thats gonna mean getting up early. Why cant she sleep in like a normal person??? Ah well, I'll just have to drink lots of coffee to keep me awake...

Hey there!
This week hasn't been so bad, except that it's REALLY hot! It's about 40 Celcius over here right now and I'm a bit uncomfortable. The commute home is likely to be annoying, because the buses rarely have working aircon and the road's under construction that I need to take.
Anyway, I'm taking tomorrow off to go to the doctor, which means I have a few hours in the morning all to myself for reading or whatever, that's going to be nice.
My bronchitis has been acting up really badly and I've been keeping my poor boyf up nights with all the coughing and hacking.
But other than that everything is fine. Got a couple cool new CDs, and am working on getting some more. That's about it. How's you?

Anti-everything Posted Jun 24, 2005
Hiya.
It was really hot here all week too, but last night we had a massive thunderstorm with lightning. But it's still really warm, just not sunny anymore.
Ah, have as good a time as possible when going to the doctors and get well soon!
I just got a disk with loadsa new music on it. Arch Enemy, Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, Social Distortion, loadsa cool stuff so i'l be happy for a while Untill I next go to HMV and see something else I want lol
I managed to work out how to play the records I was given so I sat and listened to Generation X, The Cure and Public Image while my mate stared at me in horror (she isnt really into proper punk). But then she got out some of her mums old records like the Buzzcocks, Souxie And The Banshees, PI.L, and lots of good stuff, but we didnt have tme to play it
What cd's you get?

Hey there!
Your friend's mom likes a lot of the same music as I do- boy, do I feel old now! I'm glad you guys had a good time listening to the records. your new CD sounds cool, too!
I've bought quite a few CDs lately, a few for myself and several for my boyf. We've gotten some reissues of stuff by the Cramps and Radio Birdman (two of my favorite bands), some psychedelic stuff for him by bands called Hurdy Gurdy and Donovan's Brain, some Thai pop compilations from the '60s, and stuff from the Super Heroines, the Shazam, Mystic Tide, Angie Pepper, the Eastern Dark, the Pnadoras, Agression, and a used copy of an out-of-print hardcore compilation called "Faster & Louder", volume 2. For my birthday last month, my boyf got me the first Jam album and a box set called "Left of the Dial: Dispatches from the '80s Underground", which consists of new wave and indie rock from the '80s. Loadsa good stuff!!
As for the doctor, well... I wound up at the emergency room last night with a whopper of an asthma attack, so my doctor cancelled our appointment and prescribed something called Singulair for me over the phone. It's taken every day and prevents asthma attacks, so I won't (hopefully) need to use my inhaler and nebulizer so often. I'm dreading getting the bill from the hospital, I don't have any medical coverage. Although I do have a 50% discount on most prescription meds, thanks to some philanthropical organization that worked out this group flexible spending plan for uninsured folks like me. I'm feeling MUCH better, though!
Well, hope you're enjoying your weekend. I've got no big plans aside from hanging out indoors as much as possible. It's still really hot, somewhere around 32 Celcius, it got up to 40 C again today. I don't mind the heat per se, but it does bother my asthma, and the high humidity is so oppressive. I hope you guys are having cooler weather over there!
Talk soon!!
