Hey, kiddo! How's things?
I see you're still on pre-mod. Have they advised you how much longer that will be in effect? Seems a bit excessive to me, but who am I to question such things?

Incidentally, if you'd like to check out some cool tuneage, here's a link to my boyfriend's band's site: http://www.thegeezers.net/geezers.htm
My sweetie's the drummer, not the red-suited trombone player.
If you check them out, let me know what you think.

Heya again, hows you? I listened to some of there stuff, its cool I take it they're not particular England fans from the 'Limey wannabe' song. It was good though!!!

My boyf didn't write that one, but I think he said that it was British *music* that the guy who wrote it was on about. I don't know of any particular aversion to England or its residents on the part of my boyfriend, anyway. Hope you weren't insulted!
Glad you thought the tunes were all right, though. Apparently, when they make the big time, I'm going to be their manager. So I need to broaden the fan base and make things international!

PS- I'm doing well, just getting ready to shut down the office for the day and lock up behind me. Talk to you soon!

No, I liked the song, lol.
Have fun finishing work (best part of the day, if its anything like school)

The end of the day is the best for me, although that's mainly because I dislike my job so much. It's not always been this way- at my old job, the days flew by even when I worked 12 and 14 hour shifts.
Glad you enjoyed the songs. I'll let K (my boyfriend) know you did.
If I'm a bit absent over the next 2-4 weeks, it's because my roommate's moving out (thank the cat- he's such a slob!) and my boyf's moving in. Yay! What that means is my house is a mess and there's something going on around here nearly all the time. Things will be back to normal by the first week of June, if not before.
When do you finish school for the summer?

Hi there. The Cure were all right. I much preferred their older stuff, like "The Head On the Door" and "Boys Don't Cry" albums. Dunno if you're familiar with those, if not, try to check them out!

"Boys Don't Cry" is a good enough tune. If you can, check out "Killing An Arab" and "Close to Me". They're cool, too.
What other stuff do you like?
(And incidentally, on further inquiry I have learned that the Geezers' song "Limey Wannabe" we spoke of before, it's actually referring to American musicians who "pretend" to be British. I didn't realize that, either.)
I'd volunteer to compile some CD-Rs for you, but I'm not sure how keen your parents would be on your receiving a parcel from some strange Yank.

AC/DC are all right, too, as are the Ramones. Good luck with learnign to play your guitar!
I'm off work in 10 minutes, can't wait!! So, if I suddenly disappear, it's cause it's quitting time!
Since I can't share any CDs with you, do you use any music download programs you can obtain stuff through, should I suggest something worth checking out?
