Well almost, then I remembered I'd used that before
Had a little mild worrying session yesterday when I remembered that I'd forgotten to take my tab the night before.
So as to ease my worry Idecided to read the instructions to find out what happens if you forget to take one
It just said to take your tab when you remember unless it is almost time to take your next one are the complications of forgetting it so terrible that they can't print it
Anyhoo my blood presure probably wasn't helped today either by decidiing to nip out and brave the crowds to do some christmas shopping. I did however manage to fight my way through to BHS and buy my nephew two sweet despensers. One in the shape of a reindeer the other a penguin, the sweets are despensed out of their bottoms and is called reindeer and penguin poo *giggles* The penguin, is clockwork, you can wind it up and it walks along and poos at the same time . See hours of fun.
I did get some other things too and I did my good deed for the day too, It's my friends mum's birthday next saturday. Due to him being in hospital he can't get out to buy her anything, so I got him something for her today. I'm hoping this will put me on Santa's NICE list

Worrying won't help your blood pressure stay lower. Nor will Christmas shopping, for that matter.
That reminds me, I forgot to take my b vitamins...

Thank you.
I'm taking them now, and the multi and the zinc. I want to know how they slipped "delicious fruit punch flavor" past the truth in labelling law.

Cal, old man. Come the day and age that I need tabs and vitamins, I DO hope you're still around to remind me.

I have to agree.. shopping online is the only way to survive the holidays without medication and possibly a bit more voltage..

I'll sometimes make soaps or hand scrubs and such...

you make soaps! do you have people being abducted by aliens and being in a coma and realising it was all a dream?

Who made the "oops the new neighbors are members of a vampire cult" soap opera?

Evangeline Posted Nov 20, 2005
Day jobs are the best way to avoid soap operas.
I was referring to older soap operas, from the 70s and 80s("Soap" and "Dallas").
No idea what the vampire soap opera was. I was about 5 at the time. It may have been the original "Dark Shadows".

That's possible... I've seen that before.. I think they replay it on one of the channels..

I remember this one really scary scene and that's about it.

Scary? That's exactly why I like daytime television.. it's the best reason to get over whatever made you call in and stay home from work... kind of like babysitting my nephews is the best birth control there is.
