morning ..what a pants day! was sposed to be being taken to the cinema this afternoon to see 'Nightwatch' but on the way home from the shops last night we lost the freshly charged electric key! so im nowwaiting in for someone to brng round an emergency one ,could be any time till tomorrow morning! 
Fagsare tasting n feeling more n more nasty though!

Just back from sunday dinner atGenie's

the last day or so..
i'm due my depo shot in a fewdays so could be that..or maybe its just time to go backfor some moreanti depressants. i should kow better than to try n stop them abruptly by now..feel pants

I was just wondering how you were getting on with the no smoking thing, and started to search in the back logs of conversations for this one, when up you popped!

Well quitting outright,with patches didnt work for me at all 
the CBT programme im doing seems to be fairing abit better. id consider today to have been a 'bad day' mood wise n ive stillnot hit 10 yet..
I dont think imgoing to get down to zero in the bnext 4 days (its a 10 day programme then you stop completely) ,but ill repeat the process tilli do!

We stayed till we got kicked out of the pub, then I was forced* to go back to Roymondos wehre we drank wisky and I got taken advantage of by the camp soutch african landlord
