*feels like she's made a faux pas*

Oh!
*brightens up at the opportunity to rant about it*
It's a series of animations (anime, hence the name) that inspired the Matrix... it's incredible... really good...
The only problem I have with it is that in nearly EVERY animation there's an attractive girl in her underwear... I swear, in virtually every single one there's at least one girl who walks around in her pants... it's bizarre
*could make a comment about the type of man who draws anime, but doesn't, as there are some very nice male anime drawers out there and doesn't want to generalise*

Oh!
I think I've heard of it now, it sounds familiar. I'll have to have a look for it.
We-ell... there may be a totally innocent reason why there's lots of girls in underwear....
or maybe not.

Ah come on, we both know it's because these animators don't have girlfriends... either that or the people who draw the cartoons know that the people who'll find the animatrix appealing don't have girlfriends....

Nope, none what so ever...
It's funny, because girls who draw anime are so different...

Ah neat. I know a couple of people who draw anime, one of them is a friend of mine, she's fantastic too... her drawing ability depresses me... Ah well.

Hey, at school people are sure that I'm a soul sucking psycho vampire. See my latest journal entry. I talk to myself, ama right weirdo, wrote 'I want your soul... I will eat your soul...' on my maths book, fancy a vampire etc etc etc. Actually, I also fancy a werewolf funnily enough...
