I've just realised that I was logged into the wrong hotmail account. 
It was an old iVillage account. I wondered why I'd got certain emails that I didn't think I should have got!
I thought Master B hadn't emailed me, but I can see it now.

Whether or not he's a troll (I don't think he is), the reaction should be the same - ignore him. Trying to reason with people who have little or no concept of good manners or how to interact with people is a waste of time.
Although it is often very tempting to say something like 'Be quiet, the grown-ups are talking' to them.
