Oh! You're actually looking to *cure* manic depression? Does it do the same sort of job as the current pills floating around, but on a more permanent scale?

I work on quality control for Seroquel, an anti-psychotic drug mainly used for schizophrenia, but I think they it can be used for MD too...

How does it work? Does it try to damp down emotion, so the switches are not so extreme? Or does it limit or stop acces to certain parts of the brain or something?

I'm guessing here, and expecting to be wrong, by the way.
