Anybody free on Friday night to see West Side Story at Belfast Festival? I bought 3 tickets, and now my companions tell me they forgot they were going to Elvis Costello that night! So I have 2 spare seats.

I'd love to, but I'm going to Wexford on Sunday to see the opera, so I don't think I've the time for two trips away in the one weekend.

I'll certainly review. It wont be the first time it's had an audience here (I've seen it done several times), and I perhaps should point out this is an amateur version done by my daughter's crowd, MT4UTH. She's just last week finished being Juliet in her school play, so it's been an interesting "compare and contrast!" for her!

Awww, I'd love to go Bea but have other commitments. I know some of the cast so it'll be a great show.
Saw the Ulster Operatic do it a couple of years ago in the Opera House and it was pretty average but by all accounts the one you're going to see is the one to see!
