I've still not been able to do it (I'm in Goo, frames, expert).

How did you set that up? Did you have to get one of the italics to do it?

What I did is just got it over the T on THIS IS THE JOURNAL of, just right next to the Goo navi bar and what you do is DRAG it accross conversation-ward.. to the right of the page.
You can also drag it down- copyright-wards

If you highlight the T, it means you must have moved the mouse a little.
The line on the left can be got by clicking on the visible line, running down beside the goo. This allows you to move the frame to the right.
The one above/on the T allows you to move the line downwards a short way or up, to cover up the banner.
No the Towers did not set this up for me - I just happened to stumble across one time when I was copy/pasting "This is the" etc line, to save typing it out.
If your browser doesn't do it then you could be wasting your time looking for it. No kidding - it is there as aka an swiv to name two will confirm (veggie)
