Wow. Every now and then you think it can't get any worse. Incisors were nothing compared to this. Alternate doses of ibuprofen and paracetamol, teething granules and teething gel aren't even touching it. This is why I'm sat in a car park, thankful that, even if I'm awake, 
is no longer screaming himself hoarse.

That is my only consolation. He will have to go through all of this at some point, and the sooner we start, the sooner we finish.
