They are indeed bundles of joy Vip. will give you so much pleasure, amusement and wonder you won't believe.

And he will eventually sleep through the night on a regular basis, for more than just long enough to make you think he is.

and eventually he will reach the wonderful point when you want him to wake up and he will happily sleep all hours sent

We figured out why he's still so grumpy even though tooth eight has finally come through... nine is hot on its heels. You'd think he'd get a break after four coming through together, but no.

At least it explains the night waking though. We were getting concerned!

Sing and Sign went well today as well, didn't have a single melt down, even when several babies screamed. It was also a lovely walk in the sunshine, even if it was rather cold.

Today was about packing boxes. The attic and the shed are cleared... woo! It was also the first day where spent most of the day with his grandparents (popping back for a feed in the middle). It was a bit weird but, given how over excited he was he clearly had a good day. Plus he had people who would walk him up and down and up and down all day! Mummy has things to do!

It's always good for to learn early that Mummy has things to do. That way he will discover that there are other trustworthy people in his life; and he will learn that it is ok if Mummy is not always there.

*nods*

He's never really been bothered by separation anxiety, thankfully, so hopefully this is something that can happen a bit more often.

Mr Vip and I are very self-reliant, which is great, but sometimes we have to remember that we can ask for help, and we should, because my in-laws adore looking after !

A month until Christmas. Yay!

A very over tired baby today, despite two huge naps. The delights of walking up and down the aisles at B&Q really must have got to him!

A pleasant evening where I get to watch some TV with Mr Vip. It's been a long time since we've been able to do that. I might regret it though, as is still waking up and is currently kicking his heels in his cot, determinedly not going back to sleep.

Ooh, he's been quiet for a minute or two. Better get back to bed myself.

Oh no, false alarm.

Half eight bedtime. Let that be all you need to know about last night.

In other news I now have new front tyres, which is always good. Apparently the tracking was off so they had worn faster than expected, but that's been taken care of now. Cars are complicated machines and although tyres are some of the easier bits I still rest easier knowing they are up to scratch.

is getting stronger and stronger on his feet every day. Also demanding that he be walked everywhere all the time, but hey, this to shall pass, right?

I've also felt the huge molar that is coming through at the moment. Thank the gods for paracetamol and ibuprofen.

Crap. That's the first wake up for the night. It's not even 10pm.
