The High school library guru
Hello! I am the high school library guru!
I call myself the high school library guru because I can find a book for anyone in my high school library, by subject, author, or keyphrase, in less than 5 minuites, without using the cataloug system.
..
.....at least, most of the time....
I like sci-fi (Doctor Who, Red Dwarf, Star Trek etc.) RPG games (The Sims), and writing. (and much much more)
I am a true blue Anglophile! (But I live in the U.S.A.)
I don't like homework, wet socks, or any kind of bug with more than 6 legs.
I tend to be rather sporadic in my ventures onto the internet, so expect me to be around a lot of a while, then gone a lot.
Even so, I hope to make some friends around here seeing as how you all sound like an intresting bunch of people! :)
I participate in Academic Decathalon and Quiz Bowl.
Forgive me if this post sounds just a bit like a college application, it's just that I'm at the point where I'm filling out quite a lot of those.
Be forewarned- I'm a bit eccentric and strange, but I'm perfectly friendly and quite harmless.
