From New York to London on foot?

0 Conversations

Looking to save a little cash on your vacation this year? Well then, forgoe the planes, trains and cars- and head straight to your local shoe store for a pair of ultra-sturdy boots for a long trek.

It is possible to get from New York to London on foot, in theory.
From New York, U.S.A. you go into Canada and then to Alaska where you can cross from the U.S.A. to Russia across the Bering Strait (in winter when the sea is frozen). From there, it's Russia to France (via the turblent middle east or the inhospitibal frozen North) and from France to England via the Chunnel (this is where the "in theory" part comes in- you could, wether or not you would be allowed to is the question).
