Hi, it's me!
Just thought I'd look at your space and invite you over to mine, though you've probably seen it when you've entered my Fan Club.
I was wondering about who you really are, where from and all that- will you tell me?
Elly

I should have bugged you abit more with this thread, I guess... Oh, well- at least you've found it!
We don't really KNOW eachother, and I never managed to ask how you got to my fan club. So how did you??

How did I get to your fan club
I thought it would be a good idea to go on a club crawl through h2g2.
Something similar to a pub crawl.
Call in at each club, have an and say Hi!
I didn't get far though, too many and I slid under the table.

I'm sue Mr. Smith would tell me in details what you mean by Club Crawl...
I'm not a Pub/Club/Bar dweller myself. (ever noticed they all had B in them? Is it for "Bleh"?)
You said you were 1000 years old. Is that so?

I'm not surprised Elly.
I sincerely hope that it all works out for you.
Do you have a plan of action?
Hiya, Mista!
Yael Smith Posted Feb 4, 2002
Yes. Mike (Bob) is suppose to find and keep a job, send over a bank statement showing weekly income, and then I go to the consulate again to get my visa. Then he might come here, or not, anyway- we'll get married, find a place, find me a job, and that's about it.

Well that sounds like a positive plan.
True love always wins through in the end.
Given a choice, which is the country that you would prefer to
live in?
Hiya, Mista!
Yael Smith Posted Feb 5, 2002
Well, Israel is prettier, and warm, but very dangerous, especially where I live now, in Jerusalem. The UK is safer, but pretty gloomy, though I do like Maghull (a suburb of Liverpool where Mike's parents live).
So for now- I'd say the UK.
Why?

Well nothing more than friendly curiosity really, but the same thoughts crossed my mind about the way things are in Israel and that Britain can be gloomy as far as the weather is concerned.
Having said that it has plenty of beautiful places and a whole lot of them in reach of Liverpool. North Wales, the Lake district, Yorkshire moors and so on.

I live just on the coast of North Wales.
The mountains are to the back and the sea is to the front.
I'm sure they will let you in, just a matter of time now.
