smiley - laugh For a minute there, you sounded like someone else.

And yes, the cookies do get that reaction. Just ask anyone whose had them.

The son of one of my friends keeps asking my friend to bring him a serving of the Chickpea Creole, every time she goes grocery shopping at our store.

See, I remember when she was expecting him. He is almost ten. He was the first two year old I've ever seen eat one of my spiciest dishes, like it, finish it and keep asking for it.

Sad thing is, he won't eat the current version, because it isn't the same.

I had a list of over 70 different lunch specials, most of them original. The ones they do still make from that list bear no resemblance to the original.

I'll have to bake cookies soon, I suppose.

I don't measure when I cook and never have. So, I have to make each thing again and measure as I go. Then do it again and possibly again, to get the measurements correct.

I'd also like to get other people to try to make the recipes to make sure that the instructions are good and it isn't because I've just made them *forever*.
