Z Posted Jun 8, 2003
Hey, calm down just a few points,
My opinion is just that an opinion, if you don't accept it then it's fine you don't accept it, why not post your reasons for not accepting in in the relevent PR thread?
If you feel anything on my personal space makes my opinion invalid I'd like to know what it is please? is it the fact my spelling is less than perfect?
I certainly don't want to be resonseible for anyone leaving h2g2.. .feel free to ignore me, or not talk to me, though I'd rather you did, but I am only a tiny tiny tiny member of this community....

Ooh and if you want to remove your article from PR, which is where it is, then you'll need to have a look through the list of articles on the PR thread, they're listed in order of postings made to them, as there's just been a posting to yours then you can see it at the top of the list at the moment..

Ausnahmsweise, wie üblich (Consistently inconsistent) Posted Jun 9, 2003
I just wanted to drop you a note to say...
I'm far from new here! Just bouncing around the site. Came here from the White Stag entry.
Gotta go

Blue Bird Posted Jun 9, 2003
Thanks Fellows! I am going to find my article and The White Stag in it. ( If she did not run away.)
Just to let you know: up until today-----since ancient times it (she) became the symbol of LEADERSHIP!!!! ( Note from the collected research datas!)( Stored in my computer)
ok: I am busy now in search for the holy Cow to bring her Home!Researcher=211101
I shall return with a flashlight to lit up the road to look into the past. Aufwiedersehen!

The first researched Entry by Gecko is removed from Peer Review! ( On recommandation) Come my White Stag: lead me home.) Halleluja!
Gloria in ex Celsis Deo!
Gloria in ex Celsis!
Et in Terra Pax Hominibus
Bonevoluntatis!!
First of All:
I did not "submit" a Guide Entry! I have no intention to write GUIDE ENTRIES now or later! I am writing for my own pleasure and if I want to share it, I share it. And You people take it, or leave it! At the presnt time:
Status of my humble Entry: You LEAVE IT and I take it ( with pleasure) which gives me the Golden Peace with a Noble Animal in it.
Further on:
I have no intention to " contribute" to any Guide. By profession I am a humble but educated Painter. Apropo: PLEASE don't call me an artist, because I don't belong to the totally corrupted world of those, who call themselfs: artists!
More Further on:
I am writing in my style and my style is me and it is OK for me now. But if it is not OK for you, that is also OK with me. I have no intention to change it now and I am not asking you to change The White Stag Story for the sake of THE highly respected PR. ( Or do you want to falsefy history?)
I have no intention to convice you to like it. Or for that matter: to try to change your subjective opinion!
Hopefully my style will grow in an integrated way! By me, and for me and for that matter: incoherent "Word-Salads" are not on my writing menu.
Is this Clear so far???
If you don't know how to spell: Be my guest! I don't eighter, but Bill Gates and Co. is kind to correct automaticaly my spelling errors on my WORD software where I write mostly.
More kindly offering me to assist me in the entire process of writing an article, letter in " perfect" english, but for that I used to say:
" No thanks! I keep my alien accent of charm."
Finally:
My second choice for nickname was Gecko. I DO have intention to change my name as I am registred at BBC and h2g2.
Don't worry: that is not my real name eighter. But I am not going to be a researcher after lerning a lesson.! h2g2 # 211101.

I was wondering if it would be alright for me to swipe the code for The Goo Monster, not because I'm a Goo fan. Just looks cool.

Z Posted Jun 10, 2003
Gecko, that's fine! Peer Review is a place where you can submit entries to become edited guide entries.. But many many many pices of great writing, including yours are on Peer Review that aren't part of the Edited Guide, (which is a fatual guide to life the universe and everything) enteries have a certain house style.
But your writing was good, it just wasn't in the house style, but if you're writting for you then it doesn't matter.
I'm still interested to know exactly what part of my page you took offense to, as I try not to offend researchers.
Oh and ped boy, of course you can have the code isn't it?

Gecko-
Z was simply doing the job to which he volunteered . All scouts would make a similar message and in fact, two other scouts posted a message to the same effect, Gosho and Zarquon's Singing Fish. Don't give up on researching, we need researchers for the guide
Your White Stag entry was good, but just needed a little formatting. I, as well as many other scouts I'm sure are happy to help you format it
Don't give up.

having found this web site a few days ago, my question is this: it is always so exciting around here?
Hey: to previous conversation
Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Jun 11, 2003
There are all sorts of conversations here, chigau - some of them calm as a very early Sunday morning in the Sahara desert, some of them as hectic as the London underground at rush hour...
...some of them moving slower than a sleepy snail, some of them moving with the speed of lightning...
...some of them very serious, some of them very light-hearted...
...some of them full of facts, some of them entirely fictious - in short - all kinds! It might take a while to find the ones you'd like to subscribe to and participate in - but I think the <./>info</.> page is a good place for finding interesting entries and conversations

Titania - thanks for the..err..info.. it's a great page to start with of course i'm happier than i should admit to being just experimenting with smileys!

Zarquon's Singing Fish! Posted Jun 13, 2003
Ouch! You seem to be in a touchy mood, Gecko/211101 (great number, by the way!). Why are you feeling so sensitive?
We have researchers from all over the world, many of whom do not speak English as their mother tongue.
As far as I can see, Z was trying to be helpful, and so are the others. It's no bid deal if people can't spell or do good grammar. We will try to help and encourage people.
I suspect that you didn't appreciate what Peer Review was all about. OK, so you don't want to contribute to the Edited Guide if it means following the guidelines? Pity - the entry had a great deal of potential. We would have helped you. It wouldn't have meant changing the story, just the way it was presented.
Still, it is still part of the Guide and hopefully those who come across it will enjoy it.
If you change your mind, we will give you all the help you need.

I just wanted to drop you a note to say...We put an end to past things.
I understand you want to be an M.D.
Have a poem very useful for a to be or not to be M.D. Let me know if you interested? Where would I post it ? You know: that makes a difference. I am functioning under h2g2 # 211101. Which is perfectly good until newer development. My dynamic changes are very enjoyable!
The title of the poem: DR. LUCIFER true and real story. Do you want it or not? ( A look into your future { he-he-he} ( left over gigeling of a gecko)

Good luck and look forward to seeing the poem.
