My hatchling got more than his share of bananas as toddler. His (paternal) grandfather offered to baby sit when I was working, and he actually more or less fed the poor toddler with bananas. Handy food... Well, I found out and got a better baby sitter who could cook...
still avoids most things resembling of bananas, such as other fruits and veggies...

Bananas are usually recommended to families with food allergic kids... I think you´re the first one I´ve ever heard of being allergic to bananas actually.

Its not a serious allergy. Same thing goes for cantelope and honeydew actually.
