I did not know that. Now I'm learning something new!
Hey you!
EvilClaw: The Catmanthing Posted Feb 12, 2007
Having any luck on your new subject? The one that is crazy and insane?
Hey you!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Feb 12, 2007
Not yet. I changed it pretty late in the day and it turns out that although this will be easier to write, it's harder to find info on. So I may swallow my pride and ask for help from the library people.
Hey you!

That seems like vaguely the right method.
How did you decide on this topic?
Hey you!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Feb 12, 2007
Well I had to pick one of three and this will be the easiest to write once I actually get the information.
Hey you!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Feb 12, 2007
That one is the third. The second is the territoriality and aggression in chimps and the first is comparing bones.

It's biological anthropology and archaelogy. It's very fun but there are ten thousand new terms a day!
Hey you!
EvilClaw: The Catmanthing Posted Feb 12, 2007
That's weird. What does that soviet thing have to do with anthropology?
Hey you!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Feb 12, 2007
It's more the cultural anthropology thing. I have to look at the political climate and what not, and why the ideas were and weren't accepted and by whom. Also, what relevance it has on todays political climate. Fun times.
But good news! The professor just gave us all an extension. Instead of being due Thursday it's now due Friday!
But I also found out that our midterm is the day back from reading week... I also have a psychology lab report due then.
Hey you!
fundamentallyflawed Posted Feb 13, 2007
Yes... And it only gets worse. We have to use peer-reviewed journal articles from within the last DECADE. So I just spent hours taking notes on a 20 page article that is very relevant but not allowed to be a primary source because it's from 1970. We need a minimum of 4 recent peer-reviewed articles. I have 2. This topic is hard to find info. on.
And now it's bed time(at quarter after three)!
Hey you!

Now I'm home from school and going back to researching. My plan is to have all the research done tonight, possibly study for my midterm Wednesday night (or at least do the reading) and write the actual essay Thursday night.
Then Friday I am free!
