You can get more if you buff up your stats with points from taking disadvantages. Look at the minions of destiny front page to see how many points you need to get the next ability in each category.

I dont want disadvanteges

...well...disadvantages are not necisarily a bad thing...they help define a character...although it's totally up to you...no disabilities is definately a possible way to define a character...

For example: my character is paranoid and often hallucinates. Or maybe I'm thinking of myself...

and my character is partially deaf (although it's the curse disability and not the deaf disability) and I think he might be arogant...can't remember...

not that I can think of...but there is an absent minded ability...
