Lou, (Listy) Not around too much, don't be offended if I don't reply.. I'LL TRY! Posted May 10, 2003
Well I have this plan for a scene - like Homer's love interest, a bit bond style, infrared cameras and that... but in a cage. Any objections?

Oot Rito Posted May 10, 2003
There are 3 films planned, with several versions of each (Disney cartoon, general release and X-rated). So I think at least one of the films should be okay.....
BUT it does rather depend on what Homer the Parrot thinks of the leading lady (since hanging round the Bangkok dives, he tends to go for Quality AND Quantity...)

Well the lucky lady I have in mind is a voluptuous macaw called Lindy - she used to work the street so she should be able to last long enough if you know what i mean

So now..... we have to find Homer.
He was last seen canoodling in California and apparently was intending to head South.....
(He can be enticed by Tesco cornflakes, easy good-looking females, very skinny lap-dancers, ....)

Oot Rito Posted May 10, 2003
Stop by Luton Tesco's on your way to the airport.....
I DO suggest cornflakes, the lap-dancing might be confused with Air Rage...

Just got off the phone to Tescos - they're willing to set up a ad deal for those cornflakes with Homer as long as we can get him back here by tomorrow for the shoot.
He'll be paid in cornflakes and his pick of the birds at Spearmint Parrot.

He also likes Bangkok. Did you know they have a Tesco here? Nothing like the ones you get in the UK except in name and logo, but that just might be enough to entice him... I'll set people to watch all entrances and exits.

Homer has developed hacking ability
So as I was saying
ALERT FOR ALL PARROT SPOTTERS - ALERT FOR ALL PARROT SPOTTERS
De-double your efforts to find Homer. Major deal with Tesco's pending parrot participation.
All those of you presently in low-dives or pirates' dens are especially requested to keep your eyes open and your hands on the table....
WARNING : He's a crafty old bird and can be violent.

My ol' friend....
How do you change a "thread" name (no, I've no plans to de-parrotise just another silly thing I started).
the 1st S-pace parroteer (that's to get you in a good mood so'll answer)
The Parrot!
Oot Rito Posted May 10, 2003
oops, that should be "the 1st S-space parroteer " (got my own name wrong)
The Parrot!
spook Posted May 10, 2003
well, as far as i know, the only way to change a thread name would be to ask the editors to edit the subject of the first post. if you mean just change it in the thread then you change the name in the subject box.
