I get squeamish about putting stuff in AWW.
I mean, it is a bit congested already, innit?
A few Entries that might be CAC-able, parked here for consideration...
A465978 - what the hell is this about?
A119521
A51382
A33445
A205453
A128611
A38855
A2124
A1021708
A730667
A1161785
and a couple of sentimental ones...
A300709 - local interest
A59997 - even more local interest. Many a pint sunk here in the days of a good Chinese next door. (Time spent wrangling with AB, much of it)

There are some brilliant ones in that lot. This sort of stuff is what I love about hootoo as a writing site.
Can I direct your attention to one of my favourites A92026 - I think this is sort of what DNA had in mind for the site.
A219340 is OK in a strange kind of way...

I remember reading that one on a previous trawl. It's a bit like Catcher in the Rye with a thirty word vocabulary. It's very honest, anyway - you can really see the ups and the downs. Most people filter the bad stuff in mails like that. I do/did for sure.

Hey Pin,
always meant to ask - were you thinking of using these in CACCs yourself or are they for general use?
jwf's new CAC Collection centre A3487043 reminded me.

A465978 and its author are seriously weird, but not laconic enough (quite) for prophet status. Three entries in summer/autumn 2000, two of them consisting of the word 'undiscovered', a few words in conversation, then

Wo Waz
For general use. I sort of thought about doing a CAC-edition myself, but people seem to get a bit trapped in there (mentioning no names). Anywaze, I'd probably only try outdo tr and that would be heresy.
I guess what I really meant by this was a question - whether we should all be putting this kind of thing into AWW, or somewhere else, or what, quite.

They can be fun. You could do one as Orchid, one as Ruffle, one as Alberta....
As to the question it depends on the answer to the as yet not completely resolved question of what the AWW is for. Workshopping to UG standards being one end of the range of possibilities, a landing place for everything alternative being the other.
I don't see any point in putting something into AWW in order to CAC it and then take it out again. Which I did do for a while. It just leaves a muddling tangle of threads on the poor author's page.

I just found a 2-yr old scrap of paper with these A-numbers and annotations (plus several already appearing above). I don't know what's in them yet. With the feeble search engine provided to the site, typing and clicking is much the best way to find out :
A179165 (PS interesting)
A189768 (Car-med)
A228638 (intriguing 'cos it's so dodgy. 'Ello, lickle girl... Greebo backstuff 24hr cat-raidable fridge)
A795143 (KB's old pit)
A84386 (Band [?] revelations. Sounds like Jim [?] absolutely curried [?] this bloke)
Also :
U48167 (a wordless comment on an untilegible [?] shock [?] Entry called "no tea". And in paragraph Pirahna Hemingway [???] runs out of steam delightfully)
I really must do something about my handwriting.
Here goes, then. (They probably won't be that good, since I didn't post them before)
