I've been hiding from the Universe at large, consuming large quantities of alcohol while hunkering under a blanket and watching it snow

I had wondered where you were. And, how you were for that matter.
Snow? We have a light weight, drippy sort of non stop rain. Then, at night it gets colder, but not cold enough to snow
or sleet. At least I'm not out in *that* mess.

The snow didn't amount to much, just a dusting. Still quite cold right now though it's supposed to get into the 70's later in the week. If you don't like the weather around here, just stick around for a little while...

Nice to know I'm not the only one who lives where the weather is bipolar! 
And yes, the Universe and I haven't been on speaking terms for several days now, and I don't see much changing on that front
