Fireworks
Posted Nov 5, 2002
Went to my first firework display in *ages* tonight. It wasn't an official one. A friend of mine is part of a (very) small community just outside Glasgow and they have their own wee private display.
Man, I'd forgotten how much fun they are!

Job?
Posted Nov 4, 2002
I have to go and do a test at one of my agencies to see if I'm suitable for the job they might have lined up for me
Here's hoping it all goes OK

Good things?
Posted Oct 31, 2002
I got a call from my Agency about a possible job next month that will last over the Christman period
Some good news at last, it cheered me up
No mean feat, over these last few days
And I discovered that ham and mushroom pizza tastes OK. Maybe things are on the up.

Ooh!
Posted Oct 25, 2002
I went to see "The Australian Pink Floyd" last night (24th Oct.). It's was my first gig and I really enjoyed it. Something I'd like to do again, oh yes sir!
I also spent a long time today digging out my old Amiga and trying to get it to run "Shadow of the Beast" (I'm doing an entry on that, y'know). The blighter kept starting it and then freezing a few seconds into the start of the game. As much as anything else, it meant I only got to hear a little of the marvellous music.
On a similar note, I actually got somewhere in Beast 2, which is an achievement if you've ever played it as despite being atmospheric and gorgeous to look at, it's the toughest b*****d of a game ever written
