Have realised that I have just passed the seven year mark on hootoo 
I can't think of anything else that I have stuck with for this long other than my husband.

Having known you for five years out of those seven, I think I can safely say that no-one else on hootoo has been through quite so much in half a decade. Or at least, not shared it all with us in such lurid detail.

I too really value the friendships I have here and often find myself saying "my friend from Missouri..." or "I know a teacher who put the fear of god into his class about not breaking glass and then did some spectacular shattering of his own..." etc.
Sorry for the lurid details B, I haven't been through as much as some of the folks here but I probably go on about it more
