h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Well, I made it one and a half times through the trilogy about 10 years ago... (Just about literally--halfway through The Two Towers the second time, I put it down...) We'll see how it goes this time...

My copy of LOTR is loose leaf. It didn't start out that way but it's a big book for a paperback and they may not have had all that good glue in the 1960s. the 60s

I'm familiar with having to read a good book in loose leaf... My dad's copy of I Will Fear No Evil was that way... Or was it Time Enough For Love...? I think it was the latter, because I remember getting him a new copy one Christmas...

Well I am kinda writing a guide entry, and an other, and an other, and an other, and another, oh, and an other, and it is taking rather a long time, and not even one of them is remotely finished, and time has just been flying by.... and ozone entry nirvana is a looong way off yet..

And then my personal space got moderated, so I had to track down the broken link and stuff, of the excitment never stops

Its a hard life when you get chastised for posting to someones fan club... i get it at deackies fan club all the time too.
