But I don't know that #140 is Joan Rivers. Actually I have no idea about who she is. I keep reading http://www.joanrivers.com/joan/timeline/default2.asp but that's no help, I still don't know who she is, or why she should have said that quote.

She's a very old American stand-up comedian. Who has had a talk show and now works as an annoying personality, for E!TV, that says rude things to people as the enter awards shows.
I knew you knew, but the judges didn't know you knew. (and judge #3 has a crush on TJ)
