Shea the Sarcastic Posted Apr 15, 2002
I'd like to share my favorite Picasso quote with you:
"I'm a joker who has understood his epoch and has extracted all he possibly could from the stupidity, greed and vanity of his contemporaries."
That about wraps up Picasso for you, folks!
Hej elwood!
Shea the Sarcastic Posted Apr 15, 2002
Picasso didn't cut off his ear ... that was Van Gogh.
I cheated to look up the answer to #125, but it was somebody I've never heard of, so I decided not to cheat on it, and give it to someone that might actually have the answer.
Hej elwood!
Bagpuss Posted Apr 16, 2002
Hum. Well, assuming Shea has heard of Edmund Hillary and Tensing Norgay, I'll go for the next most famous mountaineer - Mallory.
Hej elwood!
elwood Posted Apr 16, 2002
Think more figurativly (less literal in the mountain area)
Thanks Shea he might appreciate it. But I think you earned another bonus point of good merit!
Hej elwood!

I've never heard of him either but I'm figuring that with that name this one is aimed squarely at Ottox. So I'll refrain from answering also and give The Big O a shot at it.
Hej elwood!

Lookit all these contestants sucking up for bonus points!
Okay since Shea got one for kind-heartedness I guess her better half should get one too! *rolls eyes*
(doesn't anyone follow the history of the U.N.?)

Hej elwood!
T J: Mr. Shea Posted Apr 17, 2002
After reading that biography I realized that I had heard of him, but I probably couldn't have told you much about him. But now I know more. Thanks Ottox, you helped me learn something new today.
And you too elwood, without your quiz Ottox probably wouldn't have had the chance to teach me that!
::major sucking up ::

*goes for insulin shot*
What's with all the sweetness around here? Don't you know this is a cut-throat game.
Hej elwood!
Shea the Sarcastic Posted Apr 17, 2002
I think you'd find this game a bit more cut-throat if there were actually people in it that *didn't* like each other!
Hej elwood!
Not Ottox Posted Apr 17, 2002
Did anybody call? I don't like anybody here, least of all that Ottox!
Where's the knifes?
*ponders using them in the bath while the violins play music by Bernard Herrmann*
Fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa fa...
