Oh yeesh, look, people do that. People as a whole are horrible. Just accept it and get on with your own life...
Good luck with the entry, anyway. Sounds like w*rk... bleah...

Oh! I'm really sorry guys. I had no idea...I totally would have objected on your behalf, cause that really isn't on!
Unfortunatly, I have no chose but to like Chris, as I am going out with him, and all. I will however momentarilly hate Adam on your behalf...............................................................................................................................................................................................................................Oooo...that took a lot of strength. I don't do hating ppl, as a general rule, I love everyone, and always see the good in everyone. But then, I'm just naieve.

I, personally, am the sort of person who tries to see the glass half full. This basically means that I have taken the PoV that about five years of being friends with Adam must mean something; and he was, at least, brave enough to own up. It does take a lot of courage to do that.
Nor do I necessarily think that he would do it again. He said he was guilty and I believe him, just as I believe in the human capability of learning from mistakes. It sickened me that they could do this, but I rose above it and am proud of myself for doing so. It makes me feel like more of a human being than they could ever be, even if you only look at the selfish reason of prefering to forget bad memories. You are of course free to react to this any way you want, of course. But I would hate to see half a decade crumble to nothing for the sake of one mistake. When people turn their back on you, you can either pull them back or attack them from behind. Which one is down to you.
Respect,
Hotblack
p.s: don't worry too much about the point system. I don't even understand it, to be honest with you, and I probably wouldn't care if I did.

Howdy, Liz.
Sorry, but... when did the whole dating-the-guy-who-decided-to-abandon-us-for-the-love-of-beer thing happen? You never told me!

That was a moving speech Thom, thanks.
Basically, on said abandoning night I *may* have gratuitously got off with Chris. A lot. In a drunken stupor. And on Thursday he asked me out, and I said "yes". So there you have it. You didn't really miss much. sorry, I didn't see you to tell you!

Yeah, well, everyone has a point of view. I'll keep mine to myself as it'll probably offend everyone.
On a different topic, i mean no offense to the Americans, but their military assault doesn't seem particularly well-planned. They spent millions of dollars on missiles and bombs to blow up the air defenses over Afghanistan (yeah, that comprises of about 3 20 year old Russian ZSU-23 Shilkas or something like that), they just sent their airborne troops out directly OVER their targets, as opposed to nearby and then assault from outside the targets. It all seems a bit pointless and rushed. Anyone agree?

Oh, missed that post, sorry about that...
I don't know nearly enough about the situation to make any sort of judgement about it.

As long as I ain't being filmed in a rude way.
Is it just my imagination that works like that? or is everyone my age just as bad? (I know Thom is!!!)

Ming Mang Posted Oct 26, 2001
Mine does, but only if someone else points something out. Or I've been talking to someone who's sex-mad...

Well, he's a 16 year old male isn't he?
Not that I'm stereotyping!
(sorry, Thom, you know we love you, despire this affliction!)

*shrugs*
I don't see that that makes any difference. I know at least one and probably two or three 16-year-old males who aren't obsessed with sex...

Hmmm...how odd!
Elbow Yangle (and the case for boys in eyeliner) Posted Oct 31, 2001
Well, I suppose it must not be the age thing then.
Please feel free to disregard those last comments!
(and Thom, if ever you deside to join us, so you didn't think I would go THAT black? how the hell else could I show myself up on Halloween without wearing black lipstick to school? You know what I'm like! tee hee...)
Hmmm...how odd!
Ming Mang Posted Oct 31, 2001
Probably not. Although I suspect the age thing makes it more likely...
You could have wrn purple lipstick... or dark green... or dark blue... or a combination of them...
And I should probably shut up, seeing as I don't actually own or wear lipstick at all...

Well, this was a very-one-off thing, but a combination of all of them would bve a bit weird!
I did get some very odd comments thrown at me, along the lines of "huh, huh, she's a goth, huh, huh." Very jewvenile some ppl at school. The best one I think was "have you been sucking ur pen?"
I though that was quite clever, for a second year!
Hmmm...how odd!
Ming Mang Posted Nov 3, 2001
LOL yes...
*big grin*
I think I know more or less the comment I'd have made. If you want to know, anyway...
